ST5 was a movement produced by Tianjin Watch Factory 天津手表厂 (not to confuse with Tianjin Zhongbiao Factory 天津钟表厂 above).  It was used in its Sea-gull brand, an export product, and decorated with stripes. See one of my collection here. Tianjin Watch Factory also manufactured ST5 for domestic market and supplied it to Tianjin Zhongbiao Factory for assembly under the brand name of "Tianjin", which is this very watch. Tianjin Zhongbiao Factory was also known as Jin Zhong Watch Factory 金钟手表厂. It also produced  watches in other brand names such as Yin Chun (see link here) but powered by standard movement. The Tianjin has a simple dial design with a "T" logo standing for Tianjin. Centre of the back is embossed with circle filled with dots and the words "天津“ & Tianjin.
